WebHonestly, all blacksmithing specialties are disappointing in TBC, perhaps even moreso than in Classic, because now while you can make some cool stuff, most of it is still not BiS, and all of the near-BiS stuff is bind-on-pickup. Further, there aren't much in the way of specialized recipes; most of the good stuff is craftable by all specializations.
