WebFlogas responded and pretended to care about knowing what went wrong but didn't follow it up. I bought a cylinder. I tried to set up an account so I could buy a bigger cylinder. They wanted to know the 7 digit number of my Metal Agreement, but there are only 6 digits; so I couldn't register for an account. I tried to attach photo - no go.
