From April 1, 2024, to September 30, 2024, the maximum amount payable is $2,224.00, indexed on April 1, and October 1. WebOn 13 September 2024, the NSW Government published the Workers Compensation Amendment (Pre-injury Average Weekly Earnings) Regulation 2024. The Regulation changes the way an injured worker’s PIAWE is calculated. These changes came into effect on 21 October 2024 and will apply to workers injured on or after that date.
