WebThe eureka dial is too small, and the adjustments have to be small to compensate. The niche dial is large, numbers are easy to read, and because its a large dial, dialing in is easier with small adjustments easier to reliably make. The niche is miles quieter than the eureka. Nobody talks about this, but the niche is extremely quiet as its grinding.

WebI have a Profitec Pro 600 that I plumbed in. Amazon sells a float valve kit with tubing and connectors for coffee machines. I think it was around $20. I drilled a small through the back of the machine and installed the float valve in the water reservoir. The tubing is behind the machine and cannot be seen.
